Estamos buscando Vendedores Profesionales Rama Construccion entre 35 y 60 años de edad con la condición física apto para supervisión de obras en construcción.
( subir escaleras de palo para llegar a los techos cuando se requiere, etc. )
Personas quienes tiene pasión por las ventas y les gusta los retos.
Vamos a requerir varios vendedores por cada Estado de la República - pero su área de ventas no esta limitado a su Estado. Usted vende donde ve clientes.
Para hacer su función va requerir una computadora lap top y saber usarlo, coche propio, y un celular para comunicación a la planta.
Nosotros le capacitamos en nuestro producto en una forma moderno y novedoso y usted puede estar preparado para vender en unos días.
El mercado es muy amplio y variado.
En la actualidad el Gobierno Mexicana ha extendido un NOM--C--460 nuevo donde exige un valor R para las construcciones de casas dependiendo de su ubicación - esta valor R es imposible de alcanzar sin usar nuestro producto. Así vemos mucho mercado en casas para programas del gobierno en el futuro.
Además nuestros productos se utiliza para cubrir naves industriales y la reparación de los mismos, hospitales, naves agrícolas, hoteles, escuelas, en realidad tiene un sin fin de usos.

Oceans Program: The mission of the Oceans Program is to harmonize human use with the health of the ocean, and to achieve breakthrough improvements in marine fisheries management. It does so by developing and implementing new solutions adapted from existing private sector commodity and property management approaches, and by promoting these approaches with ocean resource users and regulators.
The Gulf of California Sustainable Fisheries Project: This project presents a plan developed in consultation with Mexican and US partners to:
- apply incentive-based fisheries management in a select number of fisheries in the Gulf of California,
- build a pipeline of candidate fisheries for cultivation and future action,
- explore new ways to finance the costs of transition to sustainability,
- develop the human and institutional resources required for implementation,
- and, strengthen the legal and regulatory environment that makes change possible.
EDF, the World Wildlife Fund and Noroeste Sustentable have cemented a groundbreaking partnership with CONAPESCA (Mexican Commission for Aquaculture & Fisheries Management) and INAPESCA (Mexican Institute for Fisheries) over the past year. It represents an opportunity for creating a template for introducing incentive-based fisheries management and similar tools across Mexico and in other countries.
Overall Function:
Environmental Defense Fund de Mexico is currently hiring two Business Plans Specialists to support the development of business plans and costs analyses for a select number fishing cooperatives in the Gulf of California region of Mexico.
With support from the California-based Cap Log Group, LLC, the Specialists will work with EDF’s Oceans team in La Paz, BCS Mexico. The Specialists will be responsible for working with fishing cooperatives throughout the region to compile information, to conceptualize business concepts and to create business plans that increase their profitability over time. This work will include defining and assessing plans for increasing prices (e.g., new products and markets) and improving long-term sustainability (e.g., cost analyses of monitoring and enforcement). The plans developed with support of the Specialists will result in providing the financing that cooperatives need to transition to fully operational catch shares.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-starter and highly motivated professional, eager to apply business skills to addressing the problem of unsustainable fishing. This position will be based in La Paz, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Extensive travel in the Gulf of California, Mexico, to develop on-the-ground understanding of the cooperatives’ businesses and to establish trusting relationships with leaders of cooperatives
Draft business plans for cooperatives building on existing information and generating any other data and/or formats required
Develop value-added options for the fishery sector to enable fishermen to achieve higher value for their seafood products
Conduct costs analyses to gain a better understanding of the potential gains of catch shares and proposed business concepts to cooperatives operating in these fisheries
Communicate business opportunities in the fisheries sector to finance leaders (within and outside of Mexico)
Undertake assessments of benefits and costs of different conservation tools, including uncertainty analysis related to fisheries stocks
Assist in preparation of proposal, reports and project idea notes that improve the quality, traceability and marketability of the Gulf of California Fisheries working with fishermen and other stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
Independent and entrepreneurial spirit and experience
MBA or degree in relevant field of economics (fisheries preferred)
Clear and coherent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated skills and experience developing different business and management tools
Ability to work well on interdisciplinary teams with a diverse staff
Ability to present business plans in clear, concise terms to different audiences
Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative economic analysis
Knowledge of marine and fisheries issues in the Gulf of California
Desire to work with fishing communities
Legal eligibility to work in Mexico, preferable
Term:
• This is a temporary position – (3-4 months) – with the possibility of extending the term according to performance and the development of other potential initiatives
